Do you have a shop?

Yes! We have a studio you can visit based inside of House of Darlins, 39 Dunes Way L5 9RJ. You can come in and try on any in stock, ready to ship items, browse our fabrics in real life or get measured for a custom look!

How do I order a custom look?

Come and see us or DM vis Instagram @byesmerose with some inspiration pictures, and the date needed. Please note custom looks take up to 2 weeks to be handmade and we only accept orders in line with our current designs. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you ordered from our ready to ship section you will receive your item the next working day if ordered before 3pm with next day delivery. You can also collect from our studio, orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. If you have pre ordered your outfit, it will take up to 14 days to be handmade and shipped. 

 

What if my item doesn't fit?

We offer FREE alterations with every full priced order to make sure you get the perfect fit! If you're local, you can come into our studio to get your item altered or post it to us if you're not.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally using DHL express, shipping rates can vary depending on your location. Check our delivery page for more info.
